[ 2人份]
豬絞肉 ground pork—200g
嫩豆腐 Silk tofu—300g
*可以用板豆腐 Firm tofu
蔥 Green onion—2支
乾燥香菇(泡水過) Dried shitake, soaked—3片

香菇水 Shitake infused water—200cc
柴魚片 Katuo bushi—5g
鹽巴 Salt—1/2小匙
砂糖 Sugar—1/2小匙
清酒 Sake—3大匙
醬油 Soy sauce—1.5大匙
味淋 Mirin—1大匙

太白粉 Potato starch—1.5大匙
水 Water—1.5大匙
白飯 Steamed rice—2碗
白芝麻 White sesame—少許
麻油 Sesame oil—1小匙
海苔片 Nori—1/2張
